Windows 10: I’m getting the “you’ll need a new app to open this ms-gaming overlay link” when I load any...

I just recently factory restarted my computer and when I open SWTOR or a game from steam this error pops up. If I click the screen then it ignores it and I can play the game. If I don't then the game will load up with messed up graphics. How can I fix this.

I keep getting an error message when starting some games: "can't open ms-gaming overlay link"

None of the suggestions I found on google were helpful, like disabling the XBox gaming bar or the Steam's overlay.

Nothing works.

 

When I open games and some apps an overlay appears saying " You'll need a new app to open this ms-windows-store link ".

Every time I click it its as if its trying to do something but can't. This has been happening since I cloned my old SSD onto a new SSD

I've installed Windows 11 Pro, i've run a couple of NFC /scannow's and RestoreHealth, etc. They all output everything is fine...

HOWEVER. Every time i open a videogame i get a notification saying i need a app to open ms-gaming-overlay-link... (I don't know?).
When i want to open the Microsoft Store i get the notification i need the app MS-Windows-Store-Link...

I can not find a solution on the internet.

Where the hell does this error comes from?

PS: I'm not able to open the MS Store at all!
