    hi

    i am also having trouble with window store. error code 0x80004002. i tryed the steps giving here and get message that says: troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem.

    im getting this code 0x80004002 when trying to download roblox from microsoft

    I've just paid £12 for this DVD player app and it tells me I now own it but when I try to install it I get this error code 0x80004002 What the **** is going on? Microsoft is a complete disgrace!!!
