Windows 10: I'm getting weird scrambled and missing letteres on the windows Menus - Is this a virus? A Bug?

Can any one tell me what the fudge is happaning? Look at the text inside the yellow boxes..

I did a Full Virus Scan, Offline Virus Scan.. all comes back clean. So maybe it's a bug?

Scrambled menu text


Glad yours sorted itself out. Mine hasn't though. And this is the only mention I have found on the web so far.

I have the same thing. After a sign in or a restart, things are fine initially; but after a few minutes (5 to 30 mins) the start menu text gets scrambled. Also if you mouse over an unscrambled tile the hover text may well be scrambled. The All Apps, the Most Used, the tiles and the task bar jump lists all get scrambled. If you know which tile you want, clicking it works fine. No apps/programs are affected; just the start menu.

I don't want to do a reinstall. Anyone any insights?

 

Missing letters in Windows menu


Since I install the Build 9860, I have missing letters in Windows menu and some PDF . See Bookmarks is missing oo

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
