Windows 10: I'm getting weird updates, need help

So for the past few days, I have been getting some weird updates which always show some error. I always press retry, then it runs for a few minutes, gets stuck and eventually fails. I just recently updated to 23H2 from 21H2, but I am still getting and update for 22H2 which is currently showing 0x80246019 as the error. There's also a Windows 11, 23H2 which says that it is not ready for my device yet. I would really appreciate if anyone could help fix this stuff. Note: I was in the Insider program just before I came to 23H2, although I'm not sure if that's the issue

Intel E5200 Gets Updated, R0 Stepping Coming Up

Intel's Pentium Dual-Core E5200 processor is getting on course for a specifications update. The chip will feature in a new, improved Wolfdale-2M core, spec'd out as the R0 stepping, from its current M0 stepping. The new stepping is intended to add new instructions, power-management features, and bring about changes in the chip-package. A short list of known changes is as follows:

• CPUID changed from 10677 to 1067A
• Power State Indicator (PSI) support with Intel 4 series chipsets
• New instructions - XSAVE and XRSTOR
• New S-spec and MM numbers
• New halide-free chip package

Due to the changed CPUID, users may require BIOS updates to detect the CPU. According to the company, E5200 R0 should be out by April 13.

Can't get Youtube to show videos in Chrome

I haven't gotteen to this suggestion yet - but, I've shut down half my Extensions and, now, I get the voice of the Youtube videos - but still not the video. Thought this clue might help.
