Windows 10: I'm having a fps and performance issue at the moment and am unable to run games

When i try to run minecraft java it says "the driver does not appear to support opengl" and when i try to launch other games like GTA V and star wars BF2 i either crash or have ridiculously low fps 1-2 i have never has this issue in the 4 years i've had my PC, i've checked and my graphic drivers appear to be all up to date so im really confused as to what's happened. I would appreciate any help.

5. Click the switch below Record game clips. Screenshots, and broadcast using Game bar so that it turns Off.
   

Step 2: Disable Game DVR.

1. Right-click the Start button.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Gaming.
4. Click Game DVR.
5. Click the switch below Record in the background while I'm playing a game so that it turns Off.

2. Go to Settings.
3. Click Game DVR.
4. Make sure that the "Record game clips and screenshots using Game DVR" selection is "Off"
