Windows 10: Im having a Hardware error and I dont quite know what to do with it.

I have been getting this hardware error for quite some time now and I am not sure what to do with it. It seems to happen more when I am playing games, and the coorosponding game will crash sometimes at the same time as the error.

Open Device Manager, then expand the Display Adapters section.
