Windows 10: I'm having a problem of auto key register while opening the laptop or when I restart the...

I'm on windows 11 and recently whenever I try to type the pin. The laptop starts to auto register the pin again and again the Challenge phrase appears and I have to type A1B2C3 then I can open my computer. I'm thinking to restore/format my laptop. If I do that will it solve the problem ? Cause I think my system is infected with malwaare viruses. Please help

auto trivia restart script?

I know everyone is so busy here so I'm suggesting an auto restart script so trivia is a benefit instead of a burden. Can anyone make this script?

  Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?
  

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to the laptop to check if that helps.

Further you may also use the onscreen keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

• 
  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.

TouchPad problem

see attached screenshot of the keys after I re ran the scan

so i assume next steps are to have that program open that you suggested whilst using the laptop and then when the touchpad gets disabled to check if the keys have changed?
