Windows 10: I'm having an issue with Windows 11 Recovery tool

I have a fresh install of windows 11. Ive moved straight into updating the machine completely, then installing WSL2.While working with WSL2 I've been using sfc /scannow pretty regularly to check for erros. 2 Restore points I've created have been run with zero errors after creating the points. I just restored to the later of the 2 with WSL installed because I ran into my own issue within WSL2. Not only did the Recovery tool uncheck Windows Subsystem for Linux in Features, but it's also is giving me a 'this file cannot be accessed by the system' when running wsl.exe, while also showing zero erro

We'd suggest you use the Windows Recovery Tool. Please see the following steps below.

When the installation has finished, start the application and the main screen will appear:

• The procedure to restore your phone using Windows Device Recovery Tool is as follows:

1. Connect the phone to your PC (using the USB cable that came with the phone).
2. After a few seconds the PC should find the phone and you'll see the Phone Selection screen. Click your phone in this screen to select it.
3. The latest available firmware version for your device will be shown. Click the 'Install software'/'Reinstall software' button to flash your phone

Windows Device Recovery Tool will then download and install the latest firmware + OS available for your phone.

Note: Your phone will be reset to factory status when using this tool.

Help with Cyanogemod 11

Yeah I think I got some pieces of the puzzle. First, installing recovery tools doesn't equal root. 2nd there are two ways to put Cyanogenmod 11 for my phone. The first way is to install Clockwork recovery tool and manually choose the ZIP files from the Sdcard as well as manually cleaning all the user data. Second way is to use MaClaw's ALL-IN-ONE first time users combo: MaClaw's recovery tool+CM11 in one file that installs both through Odin 3.07. I am not sure which one is better. The latter one is the easier by all means. However there is no direct comparison between the MaClaw's tools and Clockwork tools. Which one has more expanded capabilities for future installs using recovery tools? I am thinking about the Clockworks's tools though- not that they are necessarily better, but there are more detailed tutorials which I can follow step by step. I will think for a bit and proceed with the flash later this afternoon.
