Windows 10: I'm having extremely slow internet and high ping on only my PC.

Hi, my PC has been working for the past two years just fine on Wi-Fi and about two days ago the Wi-Fi began to slow down on only my PC. I've tried just about everything at this point including factory resetting it which worked until i turned it off and this morning it was having the same issue. I should be getting about 200 Mbps and im only getting about 30, while my ping will randomly spike to anywhere from 300-2000 when it should be about 30.

Extremely high ping on new PC

I recently got a new gaming PC after switching from a gaming laptop. I play Valorant, and I’ve been having really bad ping issues. My ping constantly spikes to 70-200ms, and other times stays at 200-5000ms plus. The only fix so far is restarting my PC, ping will stay stable for five to ten mins then go back to spiking or being extremely high. My PC specs are: Intel core i7 processor up to 4.0GHz, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB SSD GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6 HDMI, Windows 10 Pro. I am connected to WiFi, not Ethernet. My old gaming laptop's specs were way worse but never had ping issues, and it was also connected to the same WiFi. I have tried so many tutorials on YouTube and none have helped so far.

 

Extremely High Ping while playing games (Need help)

Hi, I use an Inspiron series laptop, from dell, model 3567 and whenever i play games such as Minecraft, my FPS goes extremely low and my ping/latency increases, making the game unplayable.. and this is not only for mc- it applies for other games too.

Even with an internet averaging 500 MBPS (sometimes 1.2 GPBS) my ping is extremely high and makes it unplayable.

Is there any way I can get around this, thank you..

(Edit... My ping averages at 150)

 

Slow Internet

A few days ago I noticed that the Internet is very slow. Sometimes I boot my computer and ping extremely high. Sometimes I boot my computer and download speed of 0.3 Mbps.



How could you solve this problem?
