Windows 10: I'm having issues after the latest windows update kb4598479 - screen print no longer...

After the latest windows updated of 1/12, there were 3 updates all together, I am no longer able to use the Screen Print feature and have the image captured in the ScreenShot folder.

I tried to unistall the updates, but I am NOT allowed to uninstall KB4598479

I've tried all sorts of troubleshooting including doing a system restore but that is not working either.

How do I troubleshoot this issue.

The keyboard drivers seem to be up to date as that was another suggestion for troubleshooting

I suggest you to run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.
Follow these steps to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter:

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Printer.
• Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.

Also, I suggest you to install the latest chipset and printer drivers from manufacturer website and check if it fixes the issue.

after latest windows 10 update, I cannot even print offline, also it says is preview loading, but it does not

Fix printer problems

Step 2: I suggest you to check the status of
Print Spooler service and check.

Print Spooler service, spools print service and handles interactions with the printer.
If you turn off this service you won’t be able to print or see your printer.

Steps:

• Press Windows + R to open Run command, type
  Services.msc and press Enter.
• Search for Printer Spooler service, right click on it and
  Start the service.
• Also, set the Startup type to Automatic.
• Now check if you are able to install the driver.

Windows XP update and internet Issue

Microsoft has been shutting down some of their XP update server to prepare for the end of life of XP. That means that if your ISPs DNS servers are slow at updating then you will be trying to use servers that no longer exist.

I suggest you download the latest XP roll-up disc, it will have most of the updates you need and I also suggest hard coding a Google DNS as your primary DNS in your router.
