Windows 10: I'm having issues with combo jack either works as an output or an input

Discus and support I'm having issues with combo jack either works as an output or an input in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I'm having issues with the front combo jack it's either the input that works or the output, I suspect it's a windows/realtek issue that's causing this...     I'm having issues with the front combo jack it's either the input that works or the output, I suspect it's a windows/realtek issue that's causing this and not a hardware issue but I don't know what exactly could fix this.Note: I get like a popup when plugging it, with a green and pink even though I have 1 only combo jack on the case.Im using windows 11 motherboard is an MSI b550 gaming pluscase NZXT h5 flowI use Razer Blackshark v2x

    Please is there a way to force audio output so that it won’t recognize audio input form Combo jack? I use earphones for conversations on my Windows 10 PC but the sound quality of the mic is awful. Thank you...

    Combo/headphones jack is not recognizing microphone

    I have a dell latitude e6520 with a combo jack and i want to use it as a microphone only jack

    My problem is when i plug my microphone in it doesnt show up anywhere not even as a headphone

    the microphone im trying to use is the " Turbo X plm100 "

    It is really disapointing to see a well known software not have a built in driver for managing combo jacks (have the ability to choose what the jack is going to be used as |input , output| )

    how to turn a combo jack to only accept mic input

    i have a device that is a mic but is recognized as a speaker due to the combo jack. i heard i can fix it by changing the jack to only accept input
