Windows 10: I'm having issues with MS-Outlook version 1.2024.131.300 with opening saved emails

I have the new Outlook app on my work laptop. One part of my job is saving emails that have been sent to my company. They are saved to a system we use, and to reply to them, I need to save that email to my desktop and then open it to reply. When I try to do this through the new Outlook app, I get a message saying the new Outlook can't do this at the moment. I would go back to the old outlook, but unfortunately, I use Dragon naturally speaking software for a medical condition I have, and when I try to use it in the old outlook app, it freezes Dragon software, and my IT team hasn't been abl

Wrong email address in Mail app (windows 10 not Outlook)

I have a wrong email address that keeps appearing in the Windows10 Mail pp (not Outlook) that I cannot delete

There is no "X" to delete and using arrow keys and delete button does nothing

No, this is not in contacts, (Several people have listed this issue and MS keep posting how to go to contacts to delete it, its not a wrongly saved contact, its in the suggested emails only)

I have searched all of my separate mailbox contact lists, the wrong email address is not saved anywhere, This is in the suggestions, How do we delete the suggestions list if they cant be removed 1 by 1

 

Outlook 2024

In August I downloaded the Outlook 2024 version for my email and calendar on my Windows 10 laptop. Today my email and calendar has reverted back to the old version with the emails received and sent and calendar dates since the update have disappeared. I tried to download Outlook 2024 again and received an error message.
