  1. I'm having issues with my ICloud account popping up on my PC asking me to sign in.

When I do I keep getting an error after I have put in the verification code 'To sign in with this account, you need to enter the code from a device that's close by. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on or your Apple Device is on the same Wi-Fi network as this computer'. I checked and both my phone and PC are on the same network. I'm getting sick of the pop up every few seconds. I have read bits and pieces from other posts that say back it all up before deleting but surely there's a better way.......Please help

    :)

  2. How do I get "Photo Options" to pop up once I open icloud for windows 10?

    Hi Don,

There are several options that you can do to troubleshoot your iCloud
issue. We suggest that you follow the steps below:

    • Uninstall and reinstall iCloud.
    • Make sure that your iCloud app is enabled to both your iOS devices and to your Windows 10 PC.
    • Open iCloud to check if the Photo Options window will pop-up.
    • If not, create a new user profile named Test and open iCloud
      from there.

Should you have questions, feel free to post them on this thread.

iCloud for Windows shows two signed in devices

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that there two devices showing up in signed in devices for iCloud. It could be that you might have signed in with your iCloud account on another device running older version of Windows.

We can remove the device from the iCloud account. Please follow the steps mentioned below:

    1. Sign in to https://www.icloud.com
      with your iCloud account.
    2. Navigate to Find iPhone on your iCloud account.
    3. Then click on All devices on the top.
    4. Click on the device that you want to remove and click on
      Erase to remove the device.

For additional information, you can refer the article provided by Apple
iCloud: Remove your device from Find My iPhone
    .

You might have enabled two-step verification for the account that’s why you might have to sign in twice. You can try disabling two-step verification and see if that helps. For more information on two-factor authentication, please refer the articles
    provided by Apple
    Two-factor authentication for Apple ID
    and

Switch from two-step verification to two-factor authentication
    .

Please reply with the status of the issue, we will be glad to help you further.

I'm having issues with my ICloud account popping up on my PC asking me to sign in.

Pop up - asking to sign into work or school account.

It should be a legitimate pop-up, moreover, can you try to sign in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/ if you do not have issues signing in, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

kindly follow the steps from this link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...
