    after a recent update on my pc and other devices ive been having issues with with just about everything xbox on all my devices. Ive troubleshooted everything using various methods ive learned via app settings/ uninstall and reinstalling game services/ rebooted my router/modem.rebooted my pc/ updated/ cleaned cache. i have no idea what's going on. the xbox app always says " opps looks like you've been stranded. the microsoft store app works just fine and i can install and buy games there. i use the xbox app as my main hub on all my devices. im on the phone with my service provider but im lookin

    On rog ally error 0x80070490 game pass ulimate expires Febuary 2024.. was able download and play games fine.. then i bought xbox x linked it.. now wont let me download pc pass games.. but when i tryed alice wonderland it downloaded thru EA game pass.. tryed disable 1pv6.. im gonna try get on another PC and sign on shortly to rule out.. also reinstalled apps nothing..

    Connect the console to his Xbox app on Windows

    Hey Xbox Gamer!

    In order to get your console connected with your Xbox App again, we suggest you try performing a

    Factory Reset     while keeping your games and apps.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Reset console.
    Make sure you have your email and password as you will be asked to sign back into your account afterwards. Let us know if this helps!
