I'm having latency problems on W10

So I've downgraded to windows 10 from 11 because I don't have TPM2.0.and I'm having low fps on games ,latency problems on OS and stuff. For example valorant keep freezing then crashes . DO NOT ASK NONSENSE STUFF LIKE " Are you sure your cpu is working well?" "Did you made a clean install ?" or "Did you made an virus scan?" NO. My pc supports W10 , I just have HDD instead of SSD, no virus and I'm %100 sure that nothing vent wrong while installing w10, drivers are UPTODATE. I do not use pirated games. Someone just tell me how do I fix this.

    :)

Shorter Version. Severe Latency Issues and W10 Undoes True image Back-ups and Rstores W10 to Its Faulty State

I want to report two serious faults with W10. If you are a musician it has severe latency problems. Chat have tried to help me and I have reinstalled W10 several times to no avail. Secondly, I have a back up of my system when it was working right with W10
which is about a year old, so I put it on my PC and it worked okay, but W10 did an update and reversed it all, even taking most of my programs off. It restored W10 to how it was when I freshly installed a few days back when it had no software on it. There
must be a way of stopping Windows 10 from doing this, or MS need to look into it? Is there a way of contacting the MS developers directly about this, or will they read this?

I use Cubase, a DAW, and I had terrible latency problems with my CPU hungry synths when I upgraded to W10, although this did not happen on my old W7 PC. As I only had a few days left before the W10 free upgrade expired do I quickly put W8 on another hard
drive and upgraded it to W10 and then put all my SW on and there was no latency issues at all with it. I then assumed I had put too much software on my first SSD and this was slowing it down.

I was then able to flip between the two hard drives and one had terrible latency issues and the other one was completely okay, so I thought the SSD drive was faulty, but in the end I cloned my good drive over to my bad drive and my then bad drive became okay
too, so it has nothing to do with my hardware.

I left it like that for about a year until I put a M.2 SSD drive in my PC last week but W10 could not load from this drive until I scrubbed W10 off my other SSD drives. So I stupidly scrubbed them clean but when I set up my new M.2 drive with W10 it had severe
    latency problems with Cubase.

So I used a Acronis True Image to restore an old back-up I had made of my good SSD drive to one of my other SSD's and it worked great until W10 came along and did an update and changed everything back to how my PC was a few days earlier when I had just freshly
installed W10 and had hardly any software on. So W10 has removed about 300GB of data and software which is going to take me hours to put back on and the latency problem has come back too.

What is causing this terrible latency, my buffer sample rates are set right in Cubase, and I use a Steinberg's UR44 soundcard? My PC has become difficult to use again with my more demanding synths. I'm completely baffled about how this fault can occur and
MS chat couldn't help me much either. If I could afford it I would just buy an Apple system now and sell my PC which most musicians use anyway because it is set up very well for music production. But W10 can be good too, and I have True Image copy of a W10
system that works okay, but the new build of W10 will just scrub it clean if I put it on.

    Do I have latency problems?

    I'm having latency problems on W10 163841d1510693256t-do-i-have-latency-problems-1.jpg

    - there's my laptop for comparison- not specially brilliant spec. (see below)

I only found wdf01000.sys in WinSxS - not an active driver in my case.

    See analysis here:
Wdf01000.sys Causing high DPC Latency - but how can I know what driver is the problem
    - uses XPERF to create a trace.

    Another here:
Latency caused by unidentified driver (wdf01000.sys) - Gearslutz Pro Audio Community

I'm having latency problems on W10

Shorter Version. Severe Latency Issues and W10 Undoes True image Back-ups and Rstores W10 to Its Faulty State

    I have build 1703.

It is nothing to do with having background services running. I had W10 working perfectly for a year on this PC until I put in a M.2 SSD into my system with a new W10 on. But I needed to remove Window 10 from my other drives before the M.2 W10 SSD would boot
up properly so I lost my good working versions. I had W10 working good on two SSD's as it was dual boot. But I had a back-up of the good version of W10 that I had made with True Image and it worked perfectly when I reinstalled it two days ago, but it all got
scrubbed off later in the day when W10 put build 1703 on

I have installed W10 probably 5 or 6 times on different hard drives but it makes no difference, the severe latency issue remains. And I also installed W8 on a SSD to see if that would be any different but it still had latency issues as well. But it is not
my PC, it was working perfectly for a whole year until last week until I put the M.2 drive in and removed W10 from my other SSD's. I now have W10 installed on what was my good SSD and it is still no good. So it's not the M.2 SSD. I might reinstall my good
version of W10 onto one of my SSD's and stop W10 doing the updates, but I'm not happy with that, I would like the updates and the security updates.

It's not my PC, my CPU passes the Intel Diagnostic Possessor Tool and that basically tests your whole system and motherboard.
