Windows 10: I'm having major problems with Microsoft Jigsaw on Windows 11. The pieces are weird shapes...

I'm having major problems with Microsoft Jigsaw. The pieces are fused together in weird shapes that don't fit. Have tried everything and just uninstalled the whole thing and reinstalled and still the same thing happens. Anyone have any ideas on a fix for this?

Jigsaw problem in Windows 10 - pieces glitched

Ever since I updated to Windows 10, the Microsoft Jigsaw has had serious issues. Trying to play the daily challenges, I encounter pieces that look "cut" wrong, meaning they have "parts" of other pieces over the edges, making it difficult to impossible
to see the actual shape of the piece in some cases. The picture posted shows only a mild example; usually it's a lot worse. Typically, the edge of a piece will appear to be an actual edge piece, when it isn't, because of the glitching. Never saw this with
Window 8. While I LOVE actually having windows for my games again, this is a problem that needs to be addressed. Also, as a side note, why is it, in the Jigsaw challenges, we don't get the same levels as in the Solitaire and Mahjong games? After a certain
point, your coins are basically wasted.

 

Microsoft Jigsaw Will Not Load

I was getting Error Code: 0x803F8001 both before and after "uninstalling" Microsoft Jigsaw. It worked perfectly for years, but stopped working within the last week. It would start to load, and eventually bomb out. I have tried the following suggestions:

• Uninstall Jigsaw. Now I cannot reinstall Jigsaw. Get Error Code: 0x803F8001
  

• All steps above from Jomari Arc . Step #4 took longer than expected, but it did eventually do what you
  said. These steps did not allow me to reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw.

• Microsoft Windows Store App. Troubleshooter - It ran and said it fixed a "possibly corrupted cache" . This did not allow me to reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw.

In a similar community, titled "Microsoft Jigsaw Error code Ox803F8001", I tried all of the steps from Loraine Mon, from this link: Redirecting

Again, this did not allow me to reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw. Messages are "downloading", then "acquiring license", and then it errors out with Error Code: 0x803F8001

Day after day, same problem. Xbox and Store and Solitaire all work fine. Microsoft Jigsaw is the problem. When it was installed, it bombed out trying to open. After "uninstalling", it will not reinstall.

 

Puzzle pieces splits in Jigsaw

My Microsoft jigsaw started having problem after upgrading to windows 10. The puzzle pieces are cut off in the middle. They are connected, but in the middle of the next piece. I don't know how to really explain. Can't match pieces when they are cut off on
the edges.
