Windows 10: Im having many troubles with my games and file explorer on windows 11 pro even after reset

Hello my pc has started crashing maybe start of January, It will occur basically everytime i open a game and try go onto online but some crash without me even going into a game mode, after my game crashes it randomly open my file explorer to the drive my game/app is installed and ive reset my pc 2-3 days ago for the reason to see if my crashes stop but they have not my pc is running slow but ive watched a few videos and they have not helped at all they are all the same thing and my sfc/ scannow does not work in my command prompt it just says we found no antiviruses but someone please get bac

Some files listed in Windows Explorer are blue font

I seem to have run out of room on a Windows XP Pro system. I tried to defrag but don't have but 7% room available. I looked in Windows Explorer to try to find some huge files that might be corrupt and I see a few that are listed in blue. What does that mean? I have not compressed anything on purpose. Thanks
