Windows 10: I'm having problems reactivating my windows 11

I bought a PC a few years ago. It had an active windows 10. I upgraded to Windows 11. It worked great. I had a short, so I swapped the motherboard. Now it says I don't have an activated windows. I tried to load my windows by account and it says it can't connect to Microsoft. So I bought Microsoft Windows 11 pro, it won't work. It said I should factory reset then try again. I did, still won't work. Now even old programs aren't working. I just want a solution.

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to the laptop to check if that helps.

Further you may also use the onscreen keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
