    I’m having problems with Microsoft Store..


    For quite a long time ,probably more than a year I have problems with Microsoft Store, I cannot install any apps. Whenever I try doing so, It either just rotates or the Install button turns gray. I’ve tried many things, from trying to repair it in Settings down to reinstalling it and I had no results. I even got a game recently and I need to install it on Microsoft Store first..BTW My Windows isn’t activated, don’t know if it has anything to do with the problem but I’m saying just in case, for more than a year now.

    There are times that you’ll encounter an error that the account doesn’t exist if the account name was misspelled. It can also be related to a conflict that has occurred with the Store app. To resolve this concern, we suggest that you check this

    Also, here are the troubleshoot steps that you can follow to isolate if the issue is with the Store app:

    • Check for
      connection problem

    • Check if you have the correct time and location settings. Go to Settings
      > Time & Language.
    • Reset Microsoft Store cache:
    • Press Windows + R keys to launch the run command box.
    • Type WSReset, then try launching Microsoft and sign in.

    I have done all the steps that you have suggested in your comments,and in the store my aforementioned Apps are still saying they need updating.

    But now i have have the Apps Store Experience Host & Microsoft Store that are stuck at 95% installation.As ever suggestions on how to fix my problem would be greatly appreciated.
