Windows 10: im having random shutdowns on my pc

it has been like this for about a year now and is very random sometimes under load sometimes just on home screen it sometimes just kicks me back to amd bootup screen other times it shuts the pc down entirely shop i bought pc from has stress tested it and completly reset and re updated bios and it clears it for about 2 weeks but then back again

My pc takes for ever to shut down when i restart

Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix

 

random shutdowns?

All the shut downs have happened while I was just surfing the web. Oh and yes the Brisbane is an awesome chip for overclocking*Wink
