Windows 10: im having serious speed issues with my ethernet and im positive its a windows problem

hi, i just got a new netgear rs300 wifi 7 router and the wifi speed are impressive. however the wired speed is a problem for me. i have 2 2.5gb ports so shouldnt be a problem, a cat 8 wire i got yesterday, i ordered a new one today to check if its the problem which i will get tmrw but i doubt it, i have the latest drivers, speed test on modem and router give this .. i removed all the power saving features on windows with greeen ethernet, full duplex is also negotiated.. next to the router speed is the wired speed i get which makes no sense. im pretty positive its a windows problem. actually i

Japanese IME - How to have menus in English?

The default display language for the Microsoft IME is "Automatic", and occasionally it decides for whatever reason to change from English to Japanese or vice versa.
At any rate, you can correct the issue without removing any language packs via the following steps. I'm going to assume that your Windows display language is in English, but your IME is set to display in Japanese.

1. Navigate thus: Control Panel -> Region & Language -> Keyboards &
   Languages -> Change Keyboards
   
2. Highlight "Microsoft IME" under the Japanese (Japan) keyboard section of the "Installed services" list
   
3. Select "Properties"
   
4. Under the ""全股" tab, you will see an option at the bottom "メニューおよびダイアログで使用する言語" which is the IME display language option. Change this to "英語" (English) and save your changes (the buttons are in the same order as they are in the English UI, "Okay", "Cancel", "Apply", and "Help".
   

The next time you reopen the IME in the language bar, it should display in English.

 

im having issue on installing app from microsoft store

Im having issue installing apps on my pc from microsoft store i tired suggested step from microsoft website like cmd ,powershell and setting my update to automatic but still im getting this issue

 

Ethernet connection speed problem

Hi,

I have cat5 ethernet cable wich is supposed to handle 100Mbps my wifi speed can reach 50 Mbps when i plug the ethernet and try a speed test i only get 12 Mbps and when i go to settings->network->ethernet->change adapter setting i double click on ethernet i can see that im receiving about 40 Mbps and the sent is 13 Mbps at max how can i fix that?
