Windows 10: i´m having the message "Eaccess violation" when I run an application

Hi, I´m having a problem with an application from a PLC manufacturer named ISPsoft. this application works fine in others notebooks with windows 10 except mine. the message in the event viewer is the following:

Exception EAccess Violation error message

I'm Independent Advisor and I'm happy to assist you.

I understand how difficult it is, when the device or app won't work in the way it should. First, I would suggest to uninstall the recent application you already installed. If you can't figure out which application is causing the issue. I would suggest to perform
a Windows Clean boot. Clean boot means starting up your operating system with only those drivers and startup programs that are essential for it to function.

Next, you may scan your system using Windows Defender for viruses and remove them as most likely it would be a virus that made this change in behavior of Windows. And I would suggest to uninstall the third-party anti-virus because third-party anti-virus was
a culprit.

Next, perform SFC tools. SFC command is to restore corrupted files. Follow these steps.

- Click on "Search" from the taskbar

- Type cmd (Command Prompt)

- Right click on Command Prompt from the search results list.

- Click Run as administrator.

- When Command Prompt launches, type the command: sfc /scannow

Next, peform DISM tools. DISM can be used to service and prepare Windows images.

- Click on "Search" from the taskbar

- Type cmd (Command Prompt)

- Right click on Command Prompt from the search results list.

- Click Run as administrator.

- When Command Prompt launches, type the command below. Enter each of the command:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

just upgraded to windows 10 and now keep getting the following error and PC reboots.

EAccess violation module vspdfeditor at 00023097. Eaccess violatio at address 01913C97 in module vspfeditor170.bpl.

Exception EAccess Violation error message

tried all these -command -

But no luck, getting the same error msg when I restart the system after 5min the same error appeared ,not sure, why or which software error is these on startup it is showing the error

"Exception EAccessViolation in module ExclusivePsIMF.exe at 00000000. Access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000."

Tried below commands - bt nothing happens ,still getting the same error msg.
