Windows 10: im having trouble figuring out what is wrong with my PC

my gaming pc has been having problems with ntkrnlmp.exe for a long time causing bsods occasionally, sometimes my explorer.exe will crash, or sometimes my computer just wont run very well, sfc scan has returned back with nothing, chkdsk /f /r didnt find any bad sectors, and dism /restorehealth hasnt found any issues, ive also run memory diagnostics on my ram and had nothing come back.. im kind of stumped on where to go from here. i can provide dump files if needed

PC Trouble, Im stumped.

This happened to me once, what ended up happening was my cat stepped on the power strip I had the PC plugged into. I was really upset thinking something was wrong with the computer and didn't notice until I temporarily gave up and went to turn on my TV, only to find that wasn't working either. I highly doubt this is the case with you though =p. Sorry I wasn't helpful!

Help Me Understand What I'm Doing Wrong

I may be missing something, but I think what's being suggested is you use the arrow to choose another different method other then 'phone number' such as email or an authentication app, whatever's on the drop down list that's not a phone number.
