Windows 10: I'm having trouble managing an upgrade win11 to win11pro

I tried upgrading from Windows 11 to Windows 11 Pro, my laptop at the beginning of the upgrade went dead and couldn't start it took me a couple hours to get back up and running I went to the Windows store and there's no issue there was no indication of me purchasing Windows Pro I've already been charged for it from PayPal I put a complaint to PayPal for the charge can you help me I would like to get the upgrade but at this point maybe not? Win11Pro upgrade lost in reload of Win11

I did a 'live' upgrade online thru Microsoft from Win10Pro and received/installed Win11Pro. I have since had to reload Win11 from a fresh iso, and am now on Win11Home. I have what I THOUGHT is a Win11Pro Activation key, but it isn't working when I try to upgrade in Properties>System>Activation. How can I restore my Win11 Pro upgrade?

 

Win10Pro to Win11Pro on different laptops

I have Win10Pro on a SurfaceBook1. It can't upgrade to Win11Pro. I also have a new Surface Laptop with Win11Home. Can I move the Pro license to the Win11 laptop?

 

Trouble upgrading to win11

I cannot upgrade to win11 because I am told that my machine does meet specs. I am using an AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon vega Graphics, 64bit which appears on the compatability list. I am using win10 pro and have gone through the TPM activation. What am I missing?
