Windows 10: I'm having trouble verifying my account.

Hi. I recently bought a new laptop on count of my old one giving up the ghosts due to a power supply failure. However when I set up my microsoft account on and put in my information I accidently set up a new account instead of putting in the same details as my old computer or my desktop computer. My account for my laptop is named AlexShurts which is tied to my phone number whereas my desktop account is titled Alex Shurts which is basically only deviated with a space inbetween the two names and happens to be tied to my e-mail address. The problem this creates is that I need to verify my account which requires an e-mail address and when I put my e-mail address in on my laptop it says that it already is in use. Any idea's?

I'm not sure what you mean by that. I regularly use the Insider Hub app, wouldn't that tell me if I needed to do something?

I'm having trouble with Macrium Reflect tutorial.

Strongly suggest you watch some youtube videos on Macrium and follow them step by step, making sure they are current.

Also make sure you have the manual to hand, and use the extensive help provided with the product.
