Windows 10: I'm having trouble with Microsoft warranty.

In my Microsoft devices at account.microsoft.com/devices Microsoft edge, when I go into my gaming laptop ASUS/TUF, I can't find the device coverage tab. It's there for my Xbox 360 but not my laptop and I need it to check if my warranty is still active, I've tried searching it, but nothings come up. its just plain missing

Strongly suggest you watch some youtube videos on Macrium and follow them step by step, making sure they are current.

Also make sure you have the manual to hand, and use the extensive help provided with the product.

I suggest you clear the Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

• Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
• Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
• Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files
  and click on Clear.

Microsoft extends 360 warranty

In order to equal its rivals, Microsoft has decided to extend the warranty on the Xbox 360 from a mere 90 days to a more satisfactory one year, the general standard for most electrical appliances nowadays. The company has also decided to refund the cost of any repairs done in the last twelve months, which should be done automatically over the next ten weeks.

This step comes after a petition of 3,382 signatures was submitted on Friday calling for an extension of the warranty period. Both the PS3 and Nintendo Wii come with minimum one year warrantees, with many Xbox users unhappy at the number of console failures after 90 days.
