    I'm in Ukraine and I want Ukrainian language installed


    I bought PC with Windows installed Ukrainian language by defaultThen I needed to create another Windows account for my mom, and during creating it - Windows became russian for this account.I'm in UKRAINE, I'm not russian, I don't know russian language and I WANT Windows speak to me with my native language!!!!

    • My phones: NOKIA Lumia 820, NOKIA Lumia 525.
    • Current OS version on all phones is 8.10.14203.306
    • Firmware revision numbers: On NOKIA Lumia 820 - 3051.50009.1424.0007 ; On NOKIA Lumia 525 - 3058.50000.1425.0003.
    • Location country: Ukraine, city Vinnytsia.
    • Regional settings: Country/Region - Ukraine ; Regional format - Ukrainian (Ukraine).
    • Language settings: Ukrainian ; Phone language - Ukrainian ; Regional format - Ukrainian (enabled) ; Keyboard - Ukrainian. Also I have trying with Russian and English US phone languages, but it don't help.
    • Speech settings: Russian ( ain't have native language here, and trying with English US, it don't help.
    • Other keyboards: English, Russian, Ukrainian.

    Firmware revision numbers: 01061.00066.14235.36002

    Location country: Kyiv, Ukraine.

    Regional settings: Ukraine; Ukrainian.

    Language settings: Ukrainian ; Phone language - Ukrainian ; Regional format - Ukrainian (enabled) ; Keyboard - Ukrainian.

    Speech settings: Russian.

    Other keyboards: English, Russian, Ukrainian.

    A Hot key for Ukrainian input language does not work.

    We need to gather more information for us to better assist you on your Ukrainian language hot key concern. Kindly answer these questions:

    • When did the Ukrainian language hot key issue start?
    • Were there any changes made on your computer before encountering the issue?
    • Do you experience the issue when changing the key sequence of Ukrainian language?
    • Have you installed the language pack and the basic typing files of the Ukrainian language?
    • When you add a language, you will see the language icon beside the time and date. Does the language icon change when you press the hot key for the Ukrainian language?
