    I’m locked out of my Hotmail and have tried for weeks nor to get back in


    I have went through the recovery a thousand times and I just can’t get in. I have all of the folders on my phone but I can’t remember my password and I have changed my phone number. The csr knows nothing and they were extremely rude. I’ve had the email as long as I can remember. I have vip information I need to have back. I’ve even put in my Xbox 360 information and still can’t get help geeeezzzz is it really that hard?

    Please could someone explain in plain english how do i set up a new "hotmail account " mine old one do not work and i have been trying to set up a new one but all this jargon does not help a poor old man, i had hotmail for 10 years but i not get it now it say something about delta sync i mean what the hell is that , so if a kind person could guide me step by step thank you
