Windows 10: I'm locked out of my pc after the windows 11 update requires bitlocker code

I'm locked out of my pc after the windows 11 update requires my bitlocker code. I recently changed my phone number and can't get to these codes. It says i now have to wait 1 month! For the number to update. I really need my pc for work, is there any way to speed up the verification process? I tried calling windows support but you get the most annoying and frustrating AI "help" ever. Can a real person please advise me on this?

Bitlocker frequently locking computers

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately these suggestions don't really fit our needs. We want to use BitLocker and don't want to disable it. The problem we have is that it locks some of our computers from time to time. Ideally we will make use of BitLocker but not have it blocking our computers.

I have tried:

1. Turning off BitLocker
   
2. Installing all Driver and Windows Updates
   
3. Turning BitLocker back on again
   

Maybe this will help. We will wait and see.

 

BSOD 0xc0000001 Bitlocker code not known


I have a client that has a Microsoft Surface Pro. It has a BSOD error code 0xc0000001. I have tried many ways to repair but I am unable to since Bitlocker has locked the hard drive. The client swears they never activated it and does not know the code to unlock. They did not have a microsoft account so I cant go that route. Any suggestions to unlock hard drive without the bitlocker code?
