    i did have them installed but it was 16. somthing so will probs be the ones shipped from launch of ryzen

    seems to be a problem with the dates on the bios because i downloaded the newest one and in ez flash it said its a date was the 1st 2017 but i think i have the latest bios installed now and chipset

    after 10 mins just cause 3 died fps whent down to 20 30

    Since this was an upgrade from 7 to 10, that might be the underlying issue for your current situation. If this were my PC....I would do a clean install. I know this is probably not what you want to here.....but it's what I would do.

    Then I would install all my mobo drivers from your DVD for your MSI mobo and then update each driver as needed. Or pre-download all the current drivers to a USB drive and install the current drivers from USB drive.

    Graphic card and processor will work great togetherAMD Ryzen 3 1300X with GeForce GTX 1060 3GB (x1) will produce only 7% of bottleneck

    hmm my cpu clock is changing lots(this isnt in game i havnt tested that)
    i was on desktop and the clock of my cpu keeps changing going from like 1.4 to 3.5 maybe this is the problem of the fps drops?

    That's normal for non overclocked processor on (near)idle. What you can do is to look at your power plan > advanced options > Processor and set minimum state to 100%.
