    just played forza horizon 3 again had to do medium settings 30fps cap and it still dropped below that and things were getting rendered in late and the sound was freezing

    Looks like your HDD is working overtime. Ethernet downloading a lot and RAM almost all taken up !

    Hate to tell you but that CPU is too weak for that GPU there should never be almost a 100% Cpu usage when your GPU should be doing most of the work

    Either Overclock that chip to max or you need to return it for the 1500x or 1600 those are the right chips for that card the 1300 is like running a Celeron i would imagine

    Also Games like Battlefield use more CPU than average games it is probably too demanding you can also lower the settings but it will look like crap

    I would think a extra $80-90 American will get you a better chip in US 1600x is $239.00 the non x is 219.00 so you would have to decide
