  1. I'm not able to delete the usb2.ser.sys file even in Safe Boot

I got this notification on Windows Security that Memory integrity is turned off. I checked for any incompatible drivers and I found two drivers. They were called usb2.ser.sys. One was from MediaTek Inc and the other was from MBB. I was able to delete the MBB one but I am not able to delete the MediaTek one. After reading some answers about it in the community, I tried going into Safe Boot and trying to delete it. I wasn't able to delete the file then too. I got an access denied error even in safe mode. Im trying to delete the file from my laptop and I am also the administrator on it. What shou

App for deleting files while being used by another process...

Most of the time, booting in safe mode, as administrator, will enable you to remove those files (maps).

however, there are some programs out there to do just whatyou ask, I once found one after some searching on google. So either try my suggestion, or in fact search on google perhaps?

"Force delete" will bring up enough info on this.

  3. Windows 10 corrupt boot file sfvfs02.sys

Computer cannot be booted even in safe mode, because this drivers are used even in safe mode.

    What exactly i did:

    1) I used Operation System Life Distribution DVD (Ubuntu in my case) to boot computer.

    2) I renamed c:\windows\system32\drivers\sfvfs02.sys to sfvfs02.sy (or you can just remove this file... )

and then i renamed also these files:

    %SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\sfsync03.sys

    %SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\sfhlp02.sys

    %SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\sfdrv01.sys

    (This list i found here: http://superuser.com/a/93473/196494 )

    3) reboot computer and it works!

I'm not able to delete the usb2.ser.sys file even in Safe Boot

Can I delete this unknown file safely?

Well then simply erase (Shift + Del) the $RECYCLE.BIN folder of that drive, I just find it odd that Windows doesn't pick up the drive's recycle bin when you connect it.
And yes it's completely safe to delete the whole $RECYCLE.BIN folder, it wont affect any of the other files/folders on the drive, and whenever you delete (Del) another file it will be re-created.
