  1. I'm not really asking a question...

Until recently, I thought Microsoft was fantastic. I never had any problems with the Operating Systems, or software, and customer service was always willing to help no matter what the problem. Things have changed so drastically that I can't even use Windows anymore without getting some kind of headache, or stress-induced fatigue from trying to solve something that shouldn't even be an issue in the first place. Not to mention the fact that when I downloaded an improperly labeled build of Windows from my school, Microsoft wouldn't help me get a new key, and basically accused me of dishonesty (PIRACY) and said I need to contact my school and get the key, when their hands were tied because of Microsoft's SLA.

I finally was able to activate my build from a nice gentleman from (anonymous), and I thought that'd fix a few pre-existing issues I had before I upgraded Windows. Chrome WILL NOT WORK no matter what I do. It happened after their updates a couple months ago that wreaked havoc on many computers and servers, and these are updates we're forced to take. Before Windows 10 forced-update rule, I never had one issue with updates, I never had a security breach, nor was my PC ever vulnerable because of my decision to wait until I KNEW an update was bug-free and working flawlessly. I could configure and customize my PC how I saw fit. My PC is my PC, not Microsoft's, so why do they get to decide how [we] customize our own property? And before any support agent and/or die-hard MS/Windows fan interjects and tries to explain why, there is no explanation as to why someone owning their own computer, with software they purchased legally, shouldn't be able to LEGALLY customize and configure their PC's, to not except an update if they choose, and have a few settings that might be different from what Microsoft considers normal??

That in itself is extremely aggravating. However, not only is it impossible for me to access Chrome from my PC at the moment, but I can't even access MS store and download apps for my Office 2016 because Store won't open. Not to mention that when I call Microsoft, half the people I talk to don't have experience doing certain tasks and I get transfered to 4-5 different agents before I finally get someone I think will have an answer, and then they tell me I need to purchase new software. Yes this has happened on many occasions, but I always seemed to fix it myself eventually. And with the way Windows 10 is going, I get the feeling it's going to get worse.

I've pretty much made up my mind to switch to Ubuntu or Linux, because you know it's free, you know these are operating systems designed by regular people that feel the same way I do, or their just wanting to make it easier for everyone, and not try and make an extra few billion dollars here and there. Anyone feeling the same way I do right now, I suggest you look into learning how to use Ubuntu builds because it's very familiar to Windows users and good for beginners and "newbs" to Linux OS. AND IT'S FREE!!

    :)

    Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue I'm not really asking a question... :p
