Windows 10: I'm not receiving any verification emails

I am experiencing issues on my Lenovo laptop - there is some form of glitch where it won't accept my finger print and asks for a PIN. It won't accept the PIN I thought it was. I try the "forgot my PIN" option, and it prompts me to enter my info so it can email me a verification code. I do not receive this code no matter how many times I try.I have also tried to add a phone number to my account or update my security settings so I may have an alternate way to receive this code- when I do this it tries to send me an email with a verification code - I don't receive this code.I have also tried to u

However, you can try using other options to request the verification code i.e. requesting the code over a call or as a text to your phone number and see if that helps in resolving the issue.

I am not receiving verification code in my email and can't use my Windows 11 laptop because of that.

Did you check your spam folder in your email? Do you have a phone number listed in your account recovery options with which to receive the verification code?

I'm not sure what is wrong but if it's 2 Step Verification getting in the way you can temporarily turn that off if you can log into your account from another device.
