    I'm not receiving the security code at my hotmail.com address.


    HelloI'm not receiving the security code at my hotmail.com address I did a cleanup on my PC and when it rebooted it asked me to enter the security code it said it was sending to my hotmail.com address. the address is correct there's no other way for me to receive my code I connected to my account on another PC and it works but to start the PC I've “cleaned” it says to send the code but it never comes

    Not receiving security code

    I did not receive the security code when verify my hotmail, but when i reset the password, i received the security code. Kindly check the system.

    - Can receive text messages on phone, but not email to hotmail, correct ? - Was the requested code received on the phone, though that was not your choice ? - Do you receive email on your phone and computer and have checked both ? - Have you checked all folders on the left side in Hotmail, including Archive ?
