Windows 10: I'm on a loop

Hi guys I may have broken my pc uhm I I hope I didn't I was resetting it because I got the pc from someone and I got impatient and pulled out the plug now it's on some loop of some sort its a old hp compaq and it's factory

Not sure what I'm looking at. Though when I do go to Options and then CPU it lists my CPU
as Intel Pentium M processor 1.73 GHz, and then under that it lists speed: 799.9 MHz
and then features and cache size.I ran the benchmark test and don't understand all
those numbers, but while testing I checked CPUZ and it still says it is running at 800 MHz.

 

Twitter RSS feed and Loop

So, my Twitter RSS feed won't update, and I can't post anything to twitter from the Loop or Kin Studio. Suggestions?

• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?
