    needs to be repaired and I don’t have a disc or a usb so it says to contact your pc administrator or pc device manufacturer anyone can help resolve my problem I reset my pc but I wish to get all my information back if possible

    For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),

    IF you cannot enter ADB then your drivers are not working. Download the proper drivers for the device and do adb.exe devices to see if it shows anything
