Windows 10: I’m online, but YouTube keeps saying you’re offline. Can anyone suggest me how to fix it?

When I open YouTube app they show you are offline but I am online. While other apps are working fine.

Printer keeps saying it is 'Offline.'

I keep trying to print wirelessly from my laptop and though the printer is turned on, it keeps saying it is 'Offline.'
