Windows 10: I'm only seeing 1/4 of an application's window no scroll bars

Hello,I bought a new computer with Windows 11 on it. I hooked it up to my existing monitor the other system is Windows 10.When I run my virus scanning software, I see 1/4 of the Window. This does NOT occur on Windows 10 for the same application, monitor, and resolution.Why is Windows 11 Pro x64 bit only showing 1/4 of the application? How do I fix this problem with Windows 11 as it doesn't happen on Windows 10 same monitor, resolution, application?UPDATE: The other Avast applications show 100% correctly on Windows 11 and 10 on the same monitor at the same resolution etc., etc., etc.Al

TPU review scroll bar

I was wondering if there was any specific reason the buttons to scroll down the list of reviews was stuck in the bottom left-hand corner? Whenever I want to read reviews, I always have to move my cursor and aim it at a small arrow that scrolls the reviews... I'd suggest that instead of making the arrows small and in a corner, it would be better placed to the sides of the review bar.

  What was the exact steps that you used to change the size of scroll bar in your previous OS version?
  

The size of the scroll bar cannot be altered as it is inbuilt with the Windows Operating System.

I suggest you to share the details, so that we can assist you accordingly.

I, too, have a vision disability and need you to change the "inbuilt" features to allow for adjustments to size and color of the scroll bars and text selection in Windows 10.
