Windows 10: I'm running into an error on my lenovo 1i laptop

I keep getting this error and I cannot open up the command prompt I don't know what to do

So when I tried to run M&B, I got the error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.".

I'm using a Lenovo laptop that runs on Windows 8.1
