M.2 NVMe SSDs in Raid 0 array?

I am not using a RAID card - there are 3 M.2 slots on the mobo - slots 1 & 2 have Samsung 960 Pro 512 GB drives - slot 3 has a Samsung 960 EVO drive .
I can create a RAID 0 array using the 2 960 Pro drives - but it is not recognized in the Boot options.
Strip size was changed to the suggested 128KB after this pic was taken
I have been messing with the BIOS all night trying to figure this out - no luck

Ok, my question is in first auto detect my ports are listed 3-4- and 6
in the intel matrix storage ports are listed 2-3- and 5 ??? is this my problem and if so how did this happen .

 

SSD 100% usage, 0 KB/s write and 0 KB/s read - Freeze

Hello!

Recently I bought a new computer, I downloaded Windows 10 ISO from the official site, I activated it, everything was working fine until some days ago.

After 20 minutes or instant when I'm playing a game my PC freezes. I tried opening the game on window to see task manager, it was showing disk 100%, 0 write and 0 read. I can not do anything, I can't open task manager, I can only restart it from button.

I tested windows 8.1 pro and everything was ok, no problem.

I tried installing NVME driver & updating latest firmware for the SSD and nothing changed.

CPU: i7 8700

MB: Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 3 (Latest bios version)

RAM: 16 GB DDR4 Corsair 2666mhz

SSD: Samsung 970 evo 500gb M.2
