Windows 10: IM so sad ;--blue screen happened what can I do I dont want to lose all my pictures,files...

my computer went to blue screen -someone called it blue screen death to my computer -it says it can fix then it tells me no I have tried everything I think possible I did not want to lose all my pictures my files this has been so sad cuz I think its all gone : I try to call you guys and no one is there to help -Im sure others have been going thru this is all lost or can it be saved I have a small business I never added any software or hardware nor downloaded any thing-please help

Blue screen Sad face

while im trying to game, during mid game, i freeze for about 2 seconds then my whole pc crashes and i get the blue screen with a sad face. the stop code is VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE. then proceeds to tell me what failed which is nvlddmkm.sys... ive already updated all my drivers. im not sure what to do

all failed

any ideals suggestions i missed ? im more concerned about not losing work files
