Windows 10: im so tired of this no one is helping me at all, i have redeemed a legal copy of minecraft...

dont tell me to check my library or if i used the same account or if i checekd my purchese history i did it all i even called my local microsoft support and they didnt respond at all theres nothing here more clear than that microsoft store has taken something i had legally away from me, i want minecraft back in my library, i have met so many people with this issue and none of them found solutions please i dont know what else to do here i just want the game i had to be back where it belonged

Redeeming code for minecraft windows 10 already redeemed

So Ive been wanting to use minecraft windows 10 instead of the java version

It tells me that i can redeem a code to do that but when i type the code in, it says ive already redeemed it. Im sure I havent use this code.

SOMEONE HELP
