Windows 10: I'm so tired of this restarting

I'm really sick and tired of this Windows 11 restarting garbage. For the last yr I've been fighting this in my semi spare time and I'm just done with your garbage software. Do not tell me this is hardware related either, I got 2 spare PC's I've pulled the PSU out of both same, swapped the ram same, checked temps, ran mem test, you name it I searched and done it. WHATS WRONG WITH WINDOWS 11. This did not happen on Windows 10, this instantly became a problem with 11. Every single time I check event viewer .... Kernel power system event 41..... Your gonna tell me 2 never used PSU's have the s

Pentium M

Not sure what I'm looking at. Though when I do go to Options and then CPU it lists my CPU
as Intel Pentium M processor 1.73 GHz, and then under that it lists speed: 799.9 MHz
and then features and cache size.I ran the benchmark test and don't understand all
those numbers, but while testing I checked CPUZ and it still says it is running at 800 MHz.

 

Hard drive/ OS issue

a guy suggested :

• shutdown
• unhooked HDD
• restarted
• yay !!
• reconnected HDD
• restarted
• yay !!

Inexplicable restarts

Thanks for your patient help and analysis, zbook. I'll step through some of your suggestions over the next few days - there's a lot to do and some look a bit hairy! That is, for a PC that is working sweetly right now...
