Windows 10: I'm still stuck in recovery mode and still don't know what to do.

I have an Acer Aspire A115 and was windows ten and now its windows 11. I don't have recovery tools.My error code is 0xc000000f. I have deleted system 32 by accident. My serial number is NXHE4AA003017087222N00. This is what my screen looks like. Please help me I will be so grateful.

For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),

I also tryed safe mode, it still didn`t work on it. and Glucofacts Deluxe STILL does not work, so... you say that you don`t know how it started working on win 10 for you?

 

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.
