Windows 10: Im stuck at 1%.in resetting my pc what should i do?

Hello I am windows 10 user and yesterday i want to reset my pc since it has a problem. I click the reset in the recovery tab and i chose to remove everything and clean the data. I started resetting my pc at 5 in the afternoon but it stuck in 1%,so i decided to leave my computer and comeback tomorrow but when i checked it there's no progress it stuck at 1%. Im afraid to turn off pc cause maybe it will destroy my os..HELPPP PLSSS!!

Samsung Laptop stuck on resetting the PC

Hello, im having a issue where my laptop will not go any further than 47% on the resetting pc stage, i started the process about 2 or maybe 3 hours ago although this has been stuck ln 47% for now an 1 hour and im starting to get very confused as to what
to do. If anyone has any suggestions on what i should do please reply with answers asap, i would rather not shutdown my pc as i do not want a boot loop to happen. Thank you for your time.
