Discus and support Im stuck at Choose an option, I think i've tried everything. in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; So my PC opened to bluescreen and got stuck in a loop there.     Im stuck at Choose an option, I think i've tried everything.


    So my PC opened to bluescreen and got stuck in a loop there. So I downloaded Windows 10 to an USB and connected it to the PC. But after a while it said hard error and i got to blue screen again. I used my USB again but it didnt work, then I tried to use a recovery USB and it didnt work. So now im inside Choose an Option and none of the options work.


    My goal now is to start the PC to the desktop. No files or apps need to be saved.

    Does anyone know how I can do?

    i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
    nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

    IME options are missing

    I'm using Windows 10 Pro. When I go to keyboard options for some languages (Simplified Chinese, Japanese, etc.), I see only some nameless keyboards, and it doesn't let me choose the MS Wubi, MS Pinyin or MS IME. Does anyone have any suggestion?

    Hi Elda,

    If the boot sequence didn't work, then we suggest try running the laptop in safe mode. To do this, here's a few steps to follow:

    • Power down your laptop.
    • Turn it back on again.
    • When you turn it back on, press F8 repeatedly until the power on option appeared.
    • If you see the boot option "Safe Mode with Networking", choose that option.
    • See if you can boot up in Safe mode.
