Windows 10: I'm stuck at the blue screen

Yesterday i updated my Valorant game and it requires syatem to restart before i can launch the game. After restarting, Im stuck at this blue screen. The blue screen said choose an option:1. Continue2. Troubleshoot3. Turn off your ocI tried every possible option but none of them works, it keeps saying failed. Now i am stuck here everytime i open my pc
