Windows 10: I'm stuck for the media player legacy calculating sync

Hi, my name is Laketa Covington and I just got sony walkman nw-zx507 mp3 player but, I'm stuck for calculating sync for windows media player legacy.Could you help me how to fix it??? I just stuck for the windows media player legacy to sync the music. thanks for trying to help.

I suggest you to sync iTunes with Windows Media Player and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below to sync iTunes with Windows Media Player

• Double-click on the Windows Media Player icon.
• Right-click inside the toolbar at the top of Windows Media Player. Click "File" and "Manage Libraries."
• Right-click inside the toolbar at the top of Windows Media Player. Click "File" and "Manage Libraries."
• Click "Add." Add the library where your iTunes music is stored to Windows Media Player. This is the directory that was selected when iTunes was initially installed. Click "OK." iTunes and Windows Media Player will be synced.

Windows Media Player Legacy

Windows media player legacy will not save the playlist for some reason and on the new media player, they released you can't create or save a playlist. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and am still having the same issue of not being able to save my playlist. How can I fix the windows media player legacy issue? Is Microsoft aware of the new media player issues?
