I'm stuck in a loop of Automatic Repair failing preventing me being able to get to the sign...

Everytime I boot my pc it starts off trying to auto repair then fails; Then if I try to troubleshoot and use something such as the startup repair, It won't work. I've tried to use Startup repair, Startup settings, Uninstall updates, system restore, and commands such as chkdsk and sfc /scannow. These are what I get when I try to use the following:Startup Repair: Startup Repair couldn't repair your PC Press "Advanced Options" to try other options to repair your PC or "Shut Down" to turn off your PC. 3. Automatic Repair Loop

    Hi Charlene,

Your concern regarding the device going into an Automatic Repair Loop can be caused by change on its settings/configuration or broken system files. To effectively assist you with your concern, can confirm if you've made any changes on your device prior to
    your concern?

As an initial step to get back into the normal Windows screen, we suggest that you perform a
Startup repair. The repair will attempt to fix any broken components/files which may prevent your device from booting properly. To do this, follow the steps below:

    • On theAutomatic Repair screen, select Advanced options.
    • Select Troubleshoot.
    • Select Advanced options.
    • Select Startup Repair.

We'll appreciate if you can send us an update.

Computer Stuck in Automatic Repair Loop

presumably not with power connected -
and what make of dust spray please - a air duster spray designed for such use or what please.

    Re this
what happens if you remove the installed drive and then power on.

It is difficult at this stage to know what has occurred.
The M2 placement is as follows
Follow the steps below to correctly install an M.2 SSD in the M.2 connector.
    Step 1:
Use a screw driver to unfasten the screw and standoff from the motherboard. Locate the proper mounting
hole for the M.2 SSD to be installed and then screw the standoff first.

    Step 2:
Slide the M.2 SSD into the connector at an angle.
    Step 3:
Press the M.2 SSD down and then secure it with the screw

I presume you did check that in your effort to remove the screw - you have indeed left the standoff in position, rather than placing the M2 Drive in position without the standoff
